In the office scene, if it is a pencil bag placed in the drawer of the desk for fixed use, the size can be relatively loose, as long as it can meet the needs of daily office supplies. For example, a pencil bag with a width of 15 cm and a length of about 25 cm can easily hold various pens, notepads, small staplers, etc. However, if it is a pencil bag that needs to be carried out frequently for office work, you must consider the convenience of carrying, and it should not be too large or too heavy. For example, pencil bags that can be hung on laptop bags or put into handbags may be about 10 cm wide and 20 cm long, which is more suitable for carrying with other office items.
