How to repair a broken trolley? This problem needs to be handled differently according to different situations. The following are two common situations and solutions.
1. One side of the pull rod cannot be pulled out
Cause: The spring bead of a part of the pull rod is stuck.
Solution: You can lift the box with a pull rod and shake it. If you can't, you need to open the inside of the box, find the stuck position, press the spring bead in, or use a blade or sandpaper to smooth the worn area.
2. Broken tie rod
Cause: The use time is too long or the trolley case is overloaded.
Solution: There is a small plastic snap inside the pull rod. Press it down, remove the pull rod, take out the two iron wires inside, restore the pull rod to its original shape, and then re punch the hole. The hole of the protective rod should be aligned with the previous one, and finally put the iron wire into the hole in turn. However, after this repair, the pull rod is fixed and cannot be retracted, which may be inconvenient to use. Therefore, it is better to replace the pull rod with a new one at a professional repair site.
